Returns Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your product, you may return it if:

• You have the original sales receipt

• It is within 10 calendar days of delivery. After 10 calendar days, it is at our sole discretion to offer an exchange or store credit only

• Items are in "new, unaltered and unused condition," without showing signs of wear or damage of any kind

If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped, contact Customer Support immediately. Any items that are defective or items that you did not order but received will qualify for store credit or a cash refund.

Any refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive them. Regardless of the reason for the return, you must contact us within 10 days of receiving the item. Any items that are returned to us after the 10 day period and without contacting us will not be refunded.

Please note that the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs if the seller is not at fault.

Shipping

Orders are processed once a credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Once payment has processed, your order will be shipped. Shipping generally takes 3 to 5 business days for delivery for the United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. Please contact Customer Service if you have any questions about Shipping.

Their testing and recognition certification required our product to produce a positive pressure of 25 Pa (Pascal) and to hold a seal to 350 CFM, which it did
